BMW Z4 Production Ends with Replacement in the Works
For the last seven years BMW has been churning out little two-seater Z4 Roadsters for folks who like small open top rides.If you have wanted a Z4 and haven't pulled the trigger, it may be too late as production has ended and the last Z4 has rolled off the assembly line.Reports indicate that the final Z4 was a Valencia Orange Metallic Z4 sDrive35is.
BMW Shuts Down Z4 Production
Without any fanfare, BMW has reportedly sent the last of its current generation Z4 roadsters down the line at its Regensburg, Germany factory.The end of production of the current Z4, which wears E89 chassis designation, also means the last car to be fitted with BMW's twin turbocharged N54 six-cylinder engine, which has been replaced with both the twin-scroll N55, and later B58 engines in the rest of the BMW range.German website Bimmer Today reports the final car was a flagship Z4 sDrive35i S, finished in the Z4's Valencia Orange hero colour.

BMW to End Production of Z4 for Z5 and Supra
It was reported by BimmerToday (via AutoBlog) that BMW is planning to stop the production of Z4.The production will be ceased in order to make way for a new car Z5.It was officially announced that the two seater will no longer be produced after August 2017.
