Spruce Street around 9:30 p.m. Police said they did not know exactly when the crash occurred since no one was home at the time and the driver had fled the scene.Chet Smith said the incident is still under investigation and didn't expect to have any answers Monday night.
Toyota to ramp up Mexico pickup truck output for $150 million
